Urban and Community Forestry Listening Session
Lake County and the Lake County Forest Preserves are hosting a public listening session to share progress on a new Urban and Community Forestry Strategic Plan that is currently in development. Everyone is invited to attend!
Date: Thursday, August 21
Time: 7 - 8:30 p.m.
Location: Greenbelt Cultural Center, 1215 N. Green Bay Road, North Chicago
The goal of the plan is to create long-term strategies for trees and green spaces throughout our communities. Your feedback will help guide future decisions, programs and planting efforts that will help shape Lake County's natural environment for years to come.
Spanish translation services will be available. Registration for this free session is recommended but not required.
