Explore effective tips and strategies for managing personal finances. Discover the common reasons individuals fall into debt and the various types of debt they may encounter. Understand the benefits of employing debt management techniques.

Career Transition for Military Veterans

The Off-Base Transition Training (OBTT) pilot program is an opportunity for veterans, veterans currently serving in the National Guard and Reserve, and their spouses to take control of their career through workshops to help meet their employment goals. OBTT provides employment preparation, education and opportunities that allow attendees to maximize their career potential.

Success Story: DOD SkillBridge Program

The DOD SkillBridge program, administered by Lake County Workforce Development, is an opportunity for Active Military Service Members to gain valuable civilian work experience. SkillBridge can help Service Members bridge the gap between the end of service and the beginning of their civilian careers.
