Round Lake Beach, IL- The Canadian National Railway will be closing the railroad crossing on Monaville Road in Round Lake Beach for crossing repairs. Monaville Road will be closed at the railroad crossing starting at 6 a.m. Tuesday, August 20, and is expected to reopen by the afternoon of Saturday, August 24.
DETOUR ROUTE: IL 83 to IL 132 to Cedar Lake Road. Local traffic will have access from Cedar Lake Road east to the railroad crossing and from IL 83 west to the railroad crossing. The railroad crossing will be closed to all traffic.
