Aptakisic Road Construction Update
Construction has been moving forward as Aptakisic Road from IL 83 to Buffalo Grove Road is being expanded to a 5-lane roadway, and gaps in the bike path and sidewalk are being filled.
Crews are currently installing curbs and gutters. Next work will begin on paving the asphalt on the north side of the road and sidewalk construction.
Motorists are urged to drive carefully, be aware of daily lane closures, flaggers working, and of trucks entering and exiting the job site. Motorists should expect delays throughout this project. Learn more.
