SWALCO is offering this opportunity for all Vernon Hills and Lake county residents at no charge in conjunction with Vernon Hills Park District and their Trucks, Trunks and Treats event, and the Village of Vernon Hills.
Bring your own Bucket (BYOB!). 10 Gallons of compost per household.
