Lake Villa, IL - The Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) will be closing Cedar Lake Road, from Monaville Road to Illinois Route 132, to through traffic starting Monday, October 24 at 5 a.m. The road is scheduled to reopen the afternoon of Sunday, October 30. The closure is necessary for a culvert replacement.
Detour Route: Monaville Road to Fairfield Road to Illinois Route 132.
Local traffic will have access on Cedar Lake Road from Monaville Road north to Winddance Drive and from Illinois Route 132 south to Thompson Lane/Pines Boulevard.The work zone will be closed to all traffic.
