Hawthorn Woods, IL - The Lake County Division of Transportation will be closing Sylvan Drive South at Midlothian Road to through traffic for 21 days starting Wednesday, July 13 at 7 a.m. The road is scheduled to reopen during the late afternoon on Wednesday, Aug. 3. The closure is necessary to reconstruct and realign the intersection.
Detour Route: Midlothian Road to Gilmer Road. Local traffic will have access on Sylvan Drive South from Gilmer Road to the work zone. The work zone will be closed to all traffic.
