Veteran's Day 2021
 To honor our veterans this year Lake County Clerk Robin M. O'Connor was at the dedication of the Lake County Veteran's Memorial at Waukegan National Airport, after the morning's parade through Downtown Waukegan. Alongside veterans and active members of the United States Armed Forces the memorial's dedication was to honor past and present service as well as to educate future generations.
The memorial prominently showcases a historic A F-111A Aardvark, retired in 1996 but restored for display and public education.
November 25th and 26th our offices will be closed for Thanksgiving.
CERA Program Graduation
 Lake County Clerk Robin M. O'Connor has been awarded the Nation’s top professional achievement for elections officials, alongside 68 others across the country to become a Certified Election Registration Administrator (CERA). The certification is awarded after a series of intense classes. The Election Center’s Professional Education Program is taught by the Public Administration faculty within the Political Science Department of Auburn University. Attendees represent offices and roles in each of the states, territories, and the District of Columbia.
Lake County Clerk Chief Deputy, Todd Govain, and Cook County Clerk Karen Yarbrough were also proudly awarded this top professional achievement.

Going Mobile with the
Mobile Satellite Office
Our mobile satellite office has been launched and will complement County Clerk processes. We are committed to expanding our operations and allow the greatest number of services to go mobile while still adhering to State Laws and County Ordinances. We look forward to taking our Mobile Services to school campuses, senior centers, festivals and other county locations. The vehicle’s modern design allows us to move easily across the four corners of our county.
The mobile satellite office was purchased through private grant funding and not taxpayer dollars.

Fox Lake
Senior Resource Fair
On 10/21 Lake County Clerk Robin M. O'Connor and other local organizations brought services to the Fox Lake Senior Resource Fair. At the Lakefront Park Building community programs were explained, information on voting was shared, and a raffle saw no one went home empty handed.

Secretary of State
Super Senior Event
On 11/12 The County Clerk's Office was glad to be on hand to help Avon Township Center and the Secretary of State's Office in reaching a number of services to local Seniors. Driver's License Renewal, Replacement, and more was provided as well as assistance from other community organizations.

We will be at Zion-Benton Township Highschool on Tuesday, November 16th from 11 AM to 2 PM for their Community Resource Fair.
We look forward to seeing everyone there for information on programs, free treats, and more!
