Hawthorn Woods, IL - The Lake County Division of Transportation will be closing Old McHenry Road, to through traffic for 14 days starting Monday, Nov. 8 at 7 a.m. and is scheduled to reopen late afternoon on Sunday, Nov. 21. The closure is necessary to replace a culvert on Old McHenry Road.
Detour Route: Quentin Road to IL 22. Local traffic will have access on Old McHenry from Quentin Road east to Hawthorn Dr. and from IL 22 northwest to Darlington Dr. The work zone will be closed to all traffic.
