Sylvan Drive South at Gilmer Road to Close for Storm Sewer Installation

Hawthorn Woods, IL - The Lake County Division of Transportation will be closing Sylvan Drive South at Gilmer Road, to through traffic for 14 days starting Monday, Nov. 1 at 7 a.m. and is scheduled to reopen late afternoon on Sunday, Nov. 14. The closure is necessary to install a storm sewer on Sylvan Drive South.

Detour Route: Gilmer Road to Midlothian Road. Local traffic will have access on Sylvan Drive South from Midlothian Road to the work zone. The work zone will be closed to all traffic.
