Russell Road Virtual Public Meeting

The Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) is hosting a virtual public information meeting to discuss the proposed study of Russell Road at the intersections of Kilbourne Road, Kenosha Road, and Lewis Ave.

The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the preferred alternate design. The preferred design includes installing roundabouts on Russell Road at Kenosha Road (47th Ave.) and Lewis Ave. (39th Ave.), and enhancing the all-way stop at Kilbourne Road.

The meeting will begin with a presentation at 5 p.m. Project team members will be available to discuss the project and answer questions from meeting attendees. The virtual meeting will be recorded and posted online following the meeting.
