The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that emergency repairs to the Canadian National Railroad crossing on IL 83 (Main St.), north of North Ave. in Antioch, will require a full closure starting, weather permitting, on Monday, Aug. 16 at 9 a.m.
A posted detour will direct motorists to IL 173, US 45 and Wilmot Road. The work is expected to be complete by 5 p.m. Monday, Aug. 23.
