Final Results for the April 6, 2021 Consolidated Election

WAUKEGAN, Illinois – Per Illinois election law, election results are not final until 14 days after Election Day. This 14 day period ended today, Tuesday, April 20th at 5PM. All valid provisional ballots and late-arriving mailed ballots, postmarked no later than Election Day, sent by county residents, military members, or overseas citizens have been counted and posted to our Election Results page. The results will be certified and signed by Lake County Clerk, Robin O' Connor, Thursday April 22st after the Official Canvassing is completed.

The election results page provides in-depth, customizable data and views as described in the online reference: Election Night Reporting User Guide. Now that the results are final you can see a finalized breakdown of votes for a candidate by contest and totals by vote type (early, by mail, and Election Day). Maps, bar graphs, and numerical charts illustrate the reported precincts, voter turnout, or results by precinct. Filtering functions allow you to customize and download reports in different file formats. The site contains a search function and uses a responsive design to fit the size of your viewing screen.
