Monitor Your Water Usage Online

One of the most frequently asked questions we receive is - how much water have I used this month? As a Lake County Public Works customer, you have the ability to monitor your water usage with the customer meter water portal.

By using the water portal, you can:

  • See how much water you are using each day and month.
  • Receive notifications via text or email due to high water usage. This has helped alert customers of unknown water leaks and other issues.
  • Set water usage goals.
  • And more!

Utilizing this tool provides the information you need to understand your water usage and conserve water - which may lead to savings.

Here's how to access it:

  • Returning Users: If you have used the portal before, login on this web page.

  • *New Users: Those that have not used the water portal before may register online.

*Make sure you have a copy of your water bill available, as you need to provide your 16-digit customer account number (entered with no dashes) and meter number.
