COVID-19 Testing Jan. 25 at Grant Township Office

The Illinois Department of Public Health is sponsoring a one-day community drive-through COVID-19 test site at Grant Township:

Monday, Jan. 25, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. 
26725 W Molidor Road, Ingleside

COVID Testing

Testing Information

  • Simple nasal swabs will be used.
  • You will be called with results within 4 to 7 days.
  • No cost for testing.
  • Bring your insurance card, but you can still be tested if you don’t have insurance.
  • Anyone can get tested! You don’t have to have symptoms or be sick.

Post-testing Guidance:

You will receive a call from 888-297-7208 within 4 to 7 calendar days to notify you of your results. Results will not be left by voicemail. When you are called, you may request a written copy of your results.

While waiting for test results, follow the guidance at this link.

Other Testing Locations:

The state of Illinois operates the following testing sites, open seven days a week from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. Testing at these sites is free.    

  • Waukegan, 102 W. Water Street  
  • Arlington Heights, 2000 W. Euclid Ave.  

Many healthcare providers in Lake County also have COVID-19 testing available. Please contact your provider or the facility to ask about testing criteria and appointment availability. Residents without a healthcare provider or insurance can contact the Lake County Health Department and Community Health Center for an appointment at (847) 377-8800.
