Hutchins Road Bridge is Now Open

The Hutchins Road Bridge at Mill Creek is now open to through traffic! Hutchins Road, between IL 132 and Stearns School Road near the Village of Old Mill Creek, has been closed to replace existing large culverts with the new bridge structure. 

We thank everyone for their patience!

Traffic impacts: Crews will be onsite completing the final project work. Please drive carefully and watch for workers.
