Be Like Liberty

Liberty, Where Have you Been?

Why at the Lake County Fair, of course. Besides posing for photos at the Lake County Clerk's booth, Liberty had fun at the fair with newly found friends. Future voters, current voters, and few election judges stopped to take their photo with Liberty.

Where is she going next? Come meet her and take your photo at one of these fun August events:

  • Barrington Area Library, Wednesday, 8/7   6 PM
  • Beach Park Fest at Founders Park,  Saturday, 8/17    9 AM to noon

Lake County Municipal Clerk's Meeting

At the July meeting of the Municipal Clerk's of Lake County, Chief Deputy Todd Govain and staff member, Karen Brush, presented information about the Lake County Clerk's services. Many of the municipal clerks were newly elected and part of their job is to accept candidate filings in odd-year elections, register voters, and communicate voting information to their district members.

We thank them all for their partnership in helping us reach Lake County's residents.
