North Chicago/Waukegan, IL- The Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) will be closing 14th Street at Dugdale Street beginning Monday, August 5 at 5 a.m. The closure will
last approximately 90 days while the existing four-way stop intersection is converted to a roundabout. When the road reopens, motorists will be driving through the new roundabout. Please follow the signed detour routes.
Detour Routes:
Detour Route for Pulaski Drive at IL Route 131/Green Bay Road:
IL Route 131/Green Bay Road south, to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive east, to Lewis Ave. north, to 14th Street.
Detour Route for 14th Street and Dugdale Street:
Lewis Ave. south, to Martin Luther King Jr. Drive west, to IL Route 131/Green Bay Road north.
