Partial-Outage to the Lake County Jail Inmate Telephones
On Wednesday, November 14, during construction work related to the renovation of the Babcox Center/Lake County Jail, a line that provides telephone service inside the inmate pods was cut causing a partial-outage of the inmate telephones. The disruption did not impact the inmate video visitation system, which remains operational, and usage fees are being waived until the telephone lines return to full-operation. All resources are focused on the full restoration of service as soon as possible.
