WAUKEGAN, Illinois – Fair and accurate elections are incredibly important to all of us, and attentive election judges are enlisted for the meaningful responsibility of processing voters. You can be one of those people. Join our amazing election judge team and take on the rewarding role of working in your neighborhood Election Day voting site on November 6.

There are only a few statutory requirements. You must:

• Be a Lake County registered voter.
• Fluently speak and read English.
  Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Attend required training class.

Free training classes will begin this month and are offered at various locations and times around the county. Your pay rate is determined by level of training you successfully complete and your Election Day assignment.
