Buffalo Grove, IL, The Lake County Division of
Transportation (LCDOT) will be closing Brandywyn Lane at Deerfield Parkway to
through traffic starting Monday, July 23 at 6 a.m. and will reopen the
afternoon of Friday, August 3. The closure is necessary to safely patch concrete lanes on Deerfield Parkway through the Brandywyn Lane intersection. Local traffic will have access from Thompson Boulevard south to Brandywyn Court.
Detour Route: Deerfield Parkway to Green Knolls Drive to Thompson Boulevard
Additional Information: Deerfield Parkway between IL 83 and Buffalo Grove Rd will have concrete patching to repair and smooth out severely cracked pavement. One lane will be used for moving traffic in each direction while the other lane is patched. Then the operation will switch to the remaining lane. There is a set of patches in the Buffalo Grove Road and Deerfield Parkway intersection which will make the alternating lane closures on Buffalo Grove Rd necessary as well.
