May flowers will be blooming around your beautiful house any day now! It’s a great time to sign up for our FREE 24/7 service, Property Check, to aid in protecting one of your biggest investments - YOUR HOME!  Sign up today!

This service will alert subscribers, via email and/or text message, whenever a document is recorded against their name and/or property. The sign up process is simple and only takes a few minutes. Once you enter your name notification criteria, you will only need to update your account information if your email address or cell phone number changes.

PTAX Filing - The Future Is Now

Our office utilizes the MyDec system, the free online program which allows you to process real property transfer tax declarations electronically. We encourage ALL of our customers to sign up for MyDec through the Illinois Department of Revenue website at https://mytax.illinois.gov/MyDec

When you utilize MyDec, you will be able to create, submit, review, accept, and close transfer tax declarations online. You will be able to track the status of, and make corrections to, a declaration
during the recording process. Sign up today!!
