GOOD NEWS!
The Walgreens ramp for westbound traffic is now open. Earlier this week, I inquired again about the (apparently) complete but not yet opened ramp towards our Grand Dominion community.
This afternoon, I received official notice that the ramp and necessary stop sign are complete. The barricades have been removed.
A word about safety: other drivers will not yet be aware of that change. It may be necessary to use extra caution, especially for traffic attempting a right turn.
I am delighted that the ramp is finally open as we have requested since the intersection improvements were completed.
