Our office utilizes the MyDec system, the free online program which allows you to process real
property transfer tax declarations electronically. We encourage ALL of our customers to sign up
for MyDec through the Illinois Department of Revenue website at
https://mytax.illinois.gov/MyDec/_/
When you utilize MyDec, you will be able to create, submit, review, accept, and close transfer tax
declarations online. You will be able to track the status of, and make corrections to, a declaration
during the recording process.

 My name is Ennedy Delgado and I have been with the Recorder of Deeds office since September 2016. My title is Administrative Assistant and my job is to assist customers who need help locating documents as early as 1920’s and record daily. I enjoy my job and those I work with. Being born and raised in Waukegan, this job has shown me the history this city has to offer. In my spare time I enjoy dancing around with my kids and cooking with my husband.
