Due to wet weather in the forecast, this repair will be pushed back one day. New dates reflected in the notice below:
Lindenhurst, IL-
The Lake County Division of Transportation (LCDOT) will be closing Sand Lake
Road to through traffic from Illinois Route 132 to Valley Drive for a culvert
repair. The road closure and detour will begin at 7 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3 and is scheduled to reopen to traffic the evening of Friday, Nov. 4. The emergency
closure is necessary to replace the culvert under Sand Lake Road located east
of Illinois Route 132 and west of Valley Drive.
DETOUR ROUTE: Illinois
Route 132 to US Route 45 to Sand Lake Road.
