The City of Evanston will host a public meeting/open house for the Central St. & Green Bay Rd. Improvement Project.  The meeting will take place on Wednesday, December 10, 2014, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Ecology Center, 2024 McCormick Blvd., Evanston.

The project will improve the pedestrian safety and appearance of Central St. between Hartrey and Eastwood Avenues, and of Green Bay Rd. between Isabella and Harrison Streets.

During the meeting, City staff and the consultants will present identified areas of concern, as well as analysis of traffic and existing conditions; present concept designs and options for improvements; and solicit feedback from the public.
