Silk Painting Workshop December 6

Paint brushes

Silk painting is quick, fun and easy. No experience in art is necessary. Even the simplest painting on silk is beautiful because of the glow and warmth of the silk shining through.

On Sat., Dec. 6, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., try basic silk painting using a salt effect on a silk scarf. All supplies will be provided. After class, you can wear your scarf home, or give it to someone special this holiday season. The cost is $10 for Levy members, or $20 for nonmembers. Class #544153B4

The format of the book includes a system of charts for the purpose of logging both aerobic and anaerobic forms of exercise, diet, sleep patterns, psychological health, vital signs, results of blood tests, and other parameters. This is a free presentation but registration is required. Call the Levy Center at 847-448-8250 for more information.
