October is Evanston Arts & Humanities Month
 Evanston joins the Illinois Arts Council in recognizing October as Arts & Humanities Month, a statewide celebration encouraging all residents to establish, deepen, and expand our relationships with the arts and humanities.
"Expressions from the Heart" Opening 10/10
 An opening reception for the "Expressions from the Heart" exhibit will be held on Fri., Oct. 10, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Noyes Art Gallery in the Noyes Cultural Arts Center.
