Follow up information regarding the motorcycle Crash that occurred on August 2, 2014 in the area of Emerson and Hartrey.. Further investigation reveals that the striking motorcyclist, Travis Johnson rear ended motorcyclist Daniel Smith as both traveled westbound on Emerson at Hartrey. On August 4, 2014 Felony DIU charges were approved for both Cyclists.
