 Evanston youth are invited to participate in the Ladd Arboretum's Egg Hunt on Sat., April 19 at the Evanston Ecology Center, 2024 McCormick Blvd. Children ages 18 months to 8 years old, as well as children with special needs, will learn about bearded dragons, and take part in activities and crafts.
All participants must bring a basket or bag for collecting. Preregistration is required, along with a $5 sign-up fee. Residents can choose from four one-hour sessions to best fit their schedules. Register online >>>

 On Sat., April 19, residents are invited to attend Robert Crown Community Center's first-ever "Bunny Bash Skate" from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.

 Due to harsh winter weather and unsafe field conditions, the opening of City
athletic fields has been postponed to mid-April.
The City is asking for
cooperation from sports affiliates and from the general public to stay off
the fields until conditions improve. This will ensure that fields are not
damaged and provide safe fields for

April, the Levy Senior Center, 300 Dodge Ave., will host open gym for
basketball and pickleball.
Pickleball will be
open to the general public, age 18 and older, for free on select Fridays and
Sundays. Additionally, on Sundays,
open gym basketball will be available to all community members. Fees only apply
