ETHS Studio Theater & Arts+Innovation Wing Project

Please be advised that Evanston Township High School (ETHS) has begun construction on a new studio theater and related site improvements as part of the Arts+Innovation Wing enhancement under ETHS’s Centennial Campaign Project. Preliminary work will continue through July 2026, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

What to Expect:

• Construction-related noise is expected throughout the project.

• A crane will be on-site during phases involving structural steel, roofing, and mechanical installations.

• The sidewalk along N. Lake Street between Dodge Avenue and Wildkit Drive will be closed for the duration of the project.

• Construction deliveries will access the site via Lake Street during work hours.
