A series of crane lifts is scheduled for Wednesday, April 16 beginning at 8 a.m. The cranes are expected to remain in position for a duration of two to three hours. These lifts will be used to replace air conditioning (AC) equipment on the roof of a building located at 727 Forest Ave.
Due to the crane obstructing the entire width of the street, Forest Ave. will be closed to vehicle traffic in both directions on the 700 block (between Kedzie St. and Keeney St.) for approximately three hours in the late morning. Pedestrian access will also be restricted in the immediate work area on the east side of Forest Ave.
The contractor will distribute flyers to the neighbors along the entire 700th block of Forest Ave.
