Evanston community members are invited to attend upcoming joint ward meetings to learn more about the City’s Fiscal Year 2025 Proposed Budget and share their feedback. The proposed budget, covering January 1 through December 31, 2025, includes $319.1 million in revenues (excluding interfund transfers and use of fund balance) and $342.1 million in expenses (excluding interfund transfers).
Residents can participate in one of the following meetings to engage with City staff and councilmembers:

Wednesday, October 30 (1st/6th/7th Ward) - 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center, Room 2402

Wednesday, November 6 (2nd/5th/8th Ward) - 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Robert Crown Community Center, Room B/C

Thursday, November 7 (3rd/4th/9th Ward) - 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., South End Community Center
