The City will begin its 2024 Alley and Sidewalk Improvements project within the next two weeks. Work is anticipated to be completed by the end of November.
The exact dates of construction activities scheduled to begin will be noted on the temporary construction zone “No Parking” signs posted a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the work. Parking will be prohibited during daytime work hours (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Street sweeping parking restrictions will be waived for a one block radius around the construction zone when temporary daytime no parking is in effect. Every effort will be made to complete the work in a timely manner to minimize any inconveniences caused by the construction.
