Invitation for 2024 State of the City
I'm excited to invite you to this year's State of the City Address! Like last year, this event will be free and open to the public. Learning from last year, we've adjusted the structure of the room so that we can include more people and minimize the need for a long waitlist.
It will be held at Evanston SPACE on Wednesday, May 8, with a reception at 3 p.m. and the speech itself beginning at 4 p.m.
Though the event is free, you still need to sign up to receive a ticket—you can do so through Eventbrite. Please help us out by promptly reserving tickets if you intend to come, not reserving tickets if you don't intend to come, and returning tickets if you've reserved them and changed your mind. That way, we can ensure that as many people as possible have the ability to attend.
While this event has limited capacity due to space constraints, the State of the City Address will be recorded and available the next day on the City's YouTube channel as well as on the City's Facebook and Twitter accounts. The video will also air on Channel 16.
I'm excited to have this opportunity to share my vision for our community, and I hope to see you on May 8!
