A Message from Health & Human Services
"Tomorrow, December 1, marks 'World AIDS Day 35: Remember and Commit,' a day that serves as a reminder of the global struggle to end HIV-related stigma. It also provides an opportunity to honor those we have lost and make a commitment to continue working toward a day when HIV is no longer a public health threat.
Here at the City of Evanston Health and Human Services Department, we share the same goal as millions around the world: to end the HIV epidemic. Evanston residents living with HIV seeking free and confidential HIV Navigation Services can call 847-448-4311 or visit HIV Care Connect for more information."
