Don't miss this convenient opportunity to tidy up your space.
 Construction project roundup
Citywide sidewalk revamp: Work has begun on the City's Sidewalk Improvement Program, involving the replacement of deteriorated sidewalks at various locations throughout the city. Look for temporary "No Parking" signs posted 48 hours ahead of construction in your area.
Marine work underway: Water intake replacement is in full swing at the Evanston Water Utility. The existing intake, built in 1909, is being replaced by a modern 60-inch pipeline. Marine work is ongoing, likely through October, with nighttime operations lit for safety.
