3rd Ward Community Meeting: 504-14 South Boulevard Affordable Housing Proposal
Date & Time: Thursday, Aug. 31 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Location: Morton Civic Center, Room 2404, 2100 Ridge Ave.
Join me for a presentation from PIRHL, the developer selected to redevelop the surface parking lot and four Housing Authority of Cook County townhomes at 504-514 South Boulevard. The project, "South Boulevard Shores", prioritizes people over cars by providing land to build 60 affordable housing units just steps away from CTA South Boulevard Purple Line Station. Nineteen permitted public parking spaces will remain on site. Representatives of PIRHL, Cook County, and City staff will present the project proposal, answer questions, and gather input.
