Ryan Field - 4th Special Topic Meeting, January 19
Save the date for our fourth “special topic” meeting on Thurs., Jan. 19. This meeting will focus on alcohol sales for consumption in the new stadium facility.
In 2019, the liquor code was amended to allow the sale of alcohol for consumption in university facilities with a seating capacity of 7,000-8,000 persons, i.e., in Welsh-Ryan Arena. The university now intends to seek an amendment to the liquor code to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption in its new stadium.
Watch for a Zoom link for this meeting in the next 7th Ward newsletter.
