 Dear Fifth Ward Family,
Mt. Pisgah Ministry and Housing Opportunity Development Corporation (HODC) will discuss a proposal to revitalize the 1800 block of Church Street by creating 3,000 square feet of new retail space, a new church, and 44 new rental units of affordable and workforce housing located in the Fifth Ward.
