 Downtown Holiday Light Celebration
Bring your families downtown to watch the annual tree lighting with Mayor Biss, Santa and other special visitors on Sat., Dec. 3 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Enjoy holiday performances by Evanston Children's Choir, NU Purple Haze and a brass quintet.
 CEBA Holiday Festival & Tree Lighting!
The Central Evanston Business Association (CEBA) is hosting a holiday festival and tree lighting ceremony next week on Friday, December 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. Enjoy food and drinks from 5th Ward businesses, a toy give-away, ornament making station, vendors, music from the ETHS choir, and more.
Holiday Toy Donation Share the holiday cheer by donating a toy! Donation boxes are located at Minouchic Boutique, Cutting Edge Hair Boutique, the City Clerks' Office and C&W Market and Ice Cream Parlor. Drop off a toy today and make someone's holiday a little brighter!

 Compass Meeting for Food Service Vendors
Northwestern, along with their food service provider, Compass Group, is hosting an informational meeting on Monday, Dec. 5 at 10 a.m. They would like to invite any food service related vendor that is interested in doing or expanding business opportunities at the University to meet with them. The meeting will be held at Norris University Center, Northwestern Room 202 A&B. Register to join the event.

The citywide window decorating contest is back! This year, the theme is Decorate Sustainably to encourage businesses to re-use old materials.
