Evanston Police Announce Upcoming "Coffee with the Chief" Events 

EVANSTON, IL - The Evanston Police Department has announced eight "Coffee with the Chief" events. All eight events will take place during the month of November.

A community policing effort like "Coffee with the Chief" will provide a setting to ask recently appointed Chief Stewart questions and share community concerns. Other members of the Department will be present as well. Even if you do not have formal questions or concerns, you can come for casual conversation with officers while drinking coffee or a beverage of your choice.

The events were planned to facilitate engagement with residents and business members from all nine of Evanston's aldermanic wards.

1st Ward

November 2, at 9-11 a.m.

7th Ward

November 4, at 9-11 a.m.

Tag's Café - 2012 Central Avenue

8th and 9th Ward

November 9, at 9-11 a.m.

Levy Center - 300 Dodge Avenue

3rd Ward

November 10, at 9-11 a.m.

Comfort Desserts Reimagined - 517 Dempster Street

2nd Ward

November 16, at 9-11 a.m.

Robert Crown Center - 1801 Main Street

4th Ward

November 17, at 9-11 a.m.

Berry Pike Café - 1100 Davis Street

6th Ward

November 18, at 8:30-10:30 a.m.

Curt's Café - 2922 Central Avenue

5th Ward

November 30, at 9-11 a.m.

Double Clutch - 2121 Ashland Avenue

These events are a great opportunity for you to get to know Chief Stewart and build a personal connection with other Evanston officers.
