Saturday, September 10, 1-3:30pm, Small Meeting Room, Main Library. Register.
Join us for in-person sessions of Dungeons and Dragons! Character building will be for the first hour, from 12-1pm. Gameplay will be from 1-3:30pm.
These are beginner-friendly sessions! If you're new to D&D, please join us! If you're not new, please come all the same!
If you already have a 5th edition level one character, feel free to bring it to the game! Come to the character building sessions if you'd like to make a new one or change up the one you have. If you've never played D&D before, definitely come to the character building hour!
Please arrive on time to play! Registration Required. Grades 6-12.
Thursday, September 15, 6:30-8pm, Teen Loft, Main Library. Register.
Love anime and manga? Join us in the Loft for Anime Club. We will watch anime, argue about what show is the best, and eat delicious and sometimes weird Japanese snacks. Each month we will also feature an Anime themed project, such as making buttons from old manga or designing a vinyl sticker. Grades 6-12.
DJ Fundamentals
Sunday, September 18, 1-2:30pm, Teen Loft, Main Library. Register.
Come learn the fundamentals of DJing and Turntablism! If you have ever wanted to learn how to mix music and DJ like a pro, this is the perfect introductory class. Grades 6-12.
Learn to speak publicly in front of small and mass groups.
Friday, September 30, 4-5pm, Falcon Room 303, Main Library. Register.
If you struggle with speaking in front of large crowds or classes. This is the class for you. We'll teach you fun and proven tricks of the trade in a safe, supportive, and constructive environment. You'll learn how to build confidence, structure speeches, and activate your voice. Grades 6-12.

Come to the Loft anytime we are open throughout the fall to do a drop in craft! We will be making monograms in September, yarn pumpkins for October, woven bowls in November, and ornaments in December! As always, we have the button maker and Perler beads available for use in the Loft. Grades 6-12.
