Come travel with us! The Levy Senior Center is hosting an informational meeting for our upcoming trip to the Yellowstone area. Join Deb Kobak of the Neptune Society on Friday, October 1 from 11 a.m. to noon, as she speaks of the process of what happens when a death occurs. Deb will discuss the benefits of pre-planning to lock in expenses, eliminate unexpected costs and assist loved ones on the worst day of their lives so they know what to do and who to call. The importance of communication and organizing and collecting important information that your family needs to complete the legal tasks required when a death occurs will be covered. This information is important for all, no matter what a person’s wishes are. Time will be available for questions and answers. This program is free and will be held in-person only.  The Levy Lecture Series is a free program featuring top lecturers, authors and entertainers for residents 55 and over, who are passionate about learning. Lectures are bi-monthly via Zoom on Tuesdays at 1 p.m. Register and you will receive an email with easy-to-follow steps. Sponsored by the Levy Senior Center Foundation.

Bobby's Room now open
On Monday, September 13, the Levy Senior Center Foundation and the City of Evanston celebrated the grand reopening of the renovated Bobby’s Room (formerly Linden Room).
Thank you to the fundraising efforts of the Levy Senior Center Foundation and all the generous donors, Bobby’s Room is a state-of-the-art space with enhanced audio and visual capabilities, new electric partitions, and improved flooring for safety and comfort.
