 The City of Evanston will conduct overnight sewer rehabilitation work on Dempster Street west of Dodge Avenue on Wednesday, July 28 and Thursday, July 29, weather permitting. Work will begin each evening at 6 p.m. and will conclude by 7 a.m. the following day, with all work anticipated to be complete by Friday morning.
To minimize disruption to the area, rehabilitation will be completed using trenchless technology, allowing for the installation of brand new underground sewer without the need for excavation. Work will take place overnight to further minimize disruption to this area.
