Fitness classes begin next week
Check out our spring fitness classes. Register online or by calling the Levy Senior Center front desk at 847-448-8250. Register early, space is limited in some programs.
March Finance Series
The topic for this month is Standing Guard: Protect what you've worked for. All 50+ are welcome to attend. This seminar is sponsored and led by Neil Gardner of Edward Jones Financial in Skokie and this program will be offered via Zoom. To register, please call the Levy Senior Center at 847-448-8250.

Rules of the Road
 This class, offered by the Illinois Secretary of State’s office, includes safe driving techniques and a review of Illinois driving laws to prepare for the written driver’s test. This class will be offered virtual only. To register, call the Levy Senior Center at 847-448-8250. Registration is required.

 The Levy Senior Center Foundation is proud to sponsor the Levy Lecture Series, an educational program for residents 55+ years who are passionate about learning. Additional support is provided by Avidor Evanston. The series is free, but registration is required. Lectures through June will be presented on Zoom. Register and you will receive an email with easy-to-follow steps.
COVID-19 Q&A (Science with Seniors extra)
The Levy Senior Center is partnering with students from Northwestern University to present The Science of COVID-19 on Mon., March 22 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
This event is for you to ask your questions and share concerns about COVID-19 and the vaccine. It will begin with a 10-minute presentation, leading to a live Q&A session, where we answer questions submitted by the audience. Submit your questions online. No registration required. Discuss potential new dog park amenities
Join in virtually on Tues., March 16 at 5 p.m. for a staff presentation on selection criteria for potential locations followed by an open community ideas discussion. More info.
