 Complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Contact Form
Do you live or work in Evanston? Complete the City’s COVID-19 Vaccination Contact Form (español)! Completing the form will help you stay informed on vaccine distribution in Evanston, and will allow the City to contact you to schedule a vaccination appointment as soon as it is available to you.
In-home vaccinations: The City is working to reach adults 65 and older who are homebound due to medical conditions or are otherwise unable to attend the City’s COVID-19 vaccination events. If you fit this criteria or know someone who does, please complete the In-Home COVID-19 Vaccination Contact Form.

 Good Neighbor Racial Equity Fund Allocation
This week, Mayor Stephen Hagerty and Northwestern President Morton Schapiro announced the first-ever allocation of the Northwestern Good Neighbor Racial Equity Fund. This year's $1 million allocation will support a variety of bold, progressive programs aimed at strengthening underserved communities and advancing racial equity, including a guaranteed income pilot program and support for minority entrepreneurs.

The Conversation: Between Us, About Us
Despite having one of the highest COVID-19 mortality rates in the U.S., Black people are among those least likely to get the vaccines.
A new video series, The Conversation: Between Us, About Us, dispels misinformation and provides accessible facts to help Black people with this important decision.
Black doctors, nurses and researchers are featured in this living video library offering an open, honest and credible conversation about the COVID-19 vaccines.
  Mental Health Is Essential
It's important to know what you can do to take care of yourself during these difficult days. Try some of these activities to shake off the blues.
- Connect with friends and family
- Find a creative outlet
- Paint, sing, or dance
- Relax and take time for yourself
Finally, continue to be on the lookout for mental health resources, tips, self-care guides in upcoming newsletters, and check out our Mental Health Is Essential series in collaboration with the Evanston Public Library. English programming is every 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Spanish programming is on the 4th Thursday of every month from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
