Super heartwarming story alert! We send our deepest thanks and admiration to Zoe, who came into the Library this week for the first time in a year with a donation for EPL. Zoe has missed visiting the Library during this pandemic year. While walking around Evanston, she says she has been looking down and thinking about the Library, occasionally picking up pennies and collecting them on our behalf. We are incredibly touched by your generosity Zoe!
We're nearly at the anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic. It's been a year full of hardship, sickness, and isolation, but it's also been a year of strength and solidarity. Thank you to everyone who has supported us in these difficult times—we will continue our mission to support the Evanston community.
