Chicago Man Drowns at Clark Street Beach
 EVANSTON, IL - On July 6 at approximately 8:23 p.m., Evanston Police Officers responded to 1811 Sheridan Road, the Clark Street Beach, in regards to a subject drowning. Officers were met by a citizen who was in the water attempting to pull a male subject from the water. Evanston Fire Department personnel had also arrived and assisted in pulling the victim from the water.
EFD began CPR and life saving measures immediately. The victim was subsequently transported to Evanston Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
The Victim has been identified as Marco Quito, 31 years old, from Chicago. There are no indications of foul play, Evanston Detectives are investigating the drowning as a death investigation.
