City Council Meeting Set for May 11
Residents invited to submit public comments by phone or by video
 EVANSTON, IL - The Evanston City Council will hold its next scheduled meeting on Monday, May 11 at 5 p.m. There will not be an Administration & Public Works Committee or Planning & Development Committee meeting.
As the result of an executive order issued by Governor J.B. Pritzker suspending in-person attendance requirements for public meetings, City Council members and City staff will be participating in this meeting remotely.
Due to public health concerns, residents will not be able to provide public comment in-person at the meeting. Those wishing to make public comments may sign up to provide comment by phone or video during the meeting by completing the City Clerk's Office's online form at cityofevanston.org/government/city-clerk/public-comment-sign-up or by calling/texting 847-448-4311. Individuals must sign up for public comment by 4:45 p.m. on May 11.
Community members may watch the City Council meeting online at cityofevanston.org/channel16 or on Cable Channel 16.
The meeting agenda and packet is posted at cityofevanston.org/citycouncil. For questions, residents may call/text 847-448-4311, or dial 311 in Evanston.
